Mark has over 35 years’ experience in the fields of ESG, sustainability and environmental management. He has worked across the power, oil & gas, financial, chemical, technology and manufacturing sectors and has a career history that spans government, industry, consultancy and contracting.
She worked as a Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety Specialist since April 2013 and officially joined in ERM in 2021. She has over 9 years’ experience on product stewardship, new chemical substance registration, chemical regulatory tracking and supply chain trade compliance. She is familiar with ‘REACH-like’ regulations in APAC region and supported clients in several aspects like regulatory obligation confirmation, data gap analysis, testing monitoring, dossier preparation and risk assessment. Now she is mainly responsible for chemical substance registration in China, Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, and regulatory affairs consulting to supply chain customers in various sectors. She is also a certified toxicologist in China.
Miyun has over 15 years of experience in chemical regulations, product stewardship, regulatory affairs, development of various product categories including cosmetics, food contact material, hygiene products, baby care products, laboratory chemicals, and pharmaceutical ingredients. Before joining ERM, Miyun worked for Merck, responsible for compliance with K-REACH, K-BPR, TW-REACH and other chemical regulations. She also worked for Kimberly-Clark as senior professional in product safety and regulatory affairs. She has a strong background in chemistry as well as broad knowledge about regulations and product safety.
